Evaluation System 
Evaluation of learning and understanding of concepts is undertaken through a well-planned system of continuous assessments. There is a regular parent teacher meeting, where parents are informed of the progress of their wards.

Syllabus

 

The assessment will cover both scholastic and co-scholastic areas and will be carried Curriculumout in schools over the two terms.

The First Term will be from April to September and the Second Term from October to March.
Classes VI to X follow the CBSE assessment schedule where the yearly assessment is divided into 2 Summative Assessment -
SA1 & SA2.
First Term : FA1(10%) + FA2 (10%) + SA1 (30%) = 50% 
Second Term : FA3 (10%) + FA4(10%) + SA2 (30%) = 50%
Weight age of Syllabus
VI to VIII : 100% from term II  syllabus and a few important topics from Term I syllabus will be included in SA2.
IX to X : (Only Term – II syllabus will be included in SA2 s per the CBSE guidelines)

 

The nine point grading scale for measuring Scholastic achievements is given below:

Co- Scholastic Aspect:
Co-scholastic areas will consist of Life-Skills, Attitudes and Values, Co-scholastic Activities and Health and Physical Education.
Co-Scholastic assessment is based on 5 grade points. It will be done once in a term. Overall grade will be assigned at the end of the session.
